Mentoroza provides coaching services, which are delivered through scheduled sessions. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not offered for completed sessions. We aim to ensure value is delivered during every session. Please reach out if any issues arise.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Missed sessions without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — flexibility is part of our philosophy. Communication is key to managing expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Services
Once a session has been delivered, the service is considered complete and non-refundable. This policy is in place to respect our time and commitment as well as yours. We encourage you to share any concerns immediately during the process. Early communication allows for better solutions.

4. Exceptions
In special cases involving technical or administrative errors, a partial or full refund may be considered. Each situation is reviewed individually. We prioritize fairness and transparency in our decision-making. Contact us directly to discuss any issues.

5. Package Adjustments
If you have purchased multiple sessions as part of a package, unused sessions may be refunded upon request. Used sessions remain non-refundable. Refunds for packages are calculated proportionally. Please allow a few business days for processing.

To request a refund, please send a written request via email. Include your name, session date(s), and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Quality Commitment
